WHAT IS GET MUSCLE?

This plan is designed to get your body to build lean, thick muscle tissue, you will be set at a calculated calorie surplus based on your lean body mass. (Resistance training is essential, we recommend the GET BIGGER PLAN from GET A PLAN menu)

·         4 weeks is ideal if you want to trial before you commit to a longer plan

·         8 weeks is ideal if you have training history.

HOW DOES THE PLAN WORK?

You will receive your Online Plan 3-5 days before the agreed start date so you have time to get organised and go food/ supplement shopping.

 

ARE THE PLANS PERSONALISED OR GENERIC?

Once payment is received for the plan, you will be sent the client questionnaire forms. Once these have been returned the building of your custom plan will begin. Forms will include some of the following questions:

·         Recent progress picture to determine body type and current condition

·         Past injuries

·         Exact training goal/experience

·         Areas of physique you would like to improve

 

CONTACT TIME DURING THE PLAN 

You will receive your Online Plan 3-5 days before the agreed start date so you have time to get
organised and go food shopping. Once you receive the plan:

·         You will have weekly check-ins with Indy Kheela

·         The check-in day shall be determined once your questionnaire has been completed

·         Every week you will have adjustments to cardio, macro-nutrients if needed

·         Email support anytime with Indy Kheela

.         Free training session with Indy Kheela once a month if you can travel

·         Explanation of free / cheat meals and when you can eat them
