This one off plan is designed to get you back to eating healthy and on track, a daily meal plan will be made based on your lean body mass working out your true caloric intake and macros in order to get you back on track and healthy.
HOW DOES THE PLAN WORK?
You will receive your Online Plan 3-5 days before the agreed start date so you have time to get organised and go food/ supplement shopping.
ARE THE PLANS PERSONALISED OR GENERIC?
Once payment is received for the plan, you will be sent the client questionnaire forms. Once these have been returned the building of your custom plan will begin. Forms will include some of the following questions:
· Recent progress picture to determine body type and current condition
· Past injuries
· Exact training goal/experience
· Areas of physique you would like to improve
